Electroless Nickel
Autocatalytic nickel-phosphorus coatings with uniform thickness and wear resistance.
About this finish
Electroless nickel (EN) deposits a nickel-phosphorus alloy by chemical reduction rather than electric current, producing highly uniform thickness on complex geometries. Low-, mid-, and high-phosphorus baths tailor hardness, corrosion resistance, and lubricity. EN is widely specified for valves, molds, electronics housings, and wear surfaces.
